This policy explains what Poker Logic Lab collects, why, and your choices. We keep data collection to what the app needs to work.
Who we are
Poker Logic Lab is operated by TNP Digital Ventures LLC (2128 London Bridge Rd #103, Virginia Beach, VA 23456), the entity responsible for your personal data under this policy.
What we collect
Account info: your email address (and name, if you provide it), managed through our identity provider, Clerk.
Training data: the practice decisions you make, scores, and usage counts, so the app can track your progress and detect your leaks.
Payment info: handled by our payment provider, PayPal. We receive confirmation of your subscription and a subscription reference, but not your full card details.
How we use it
To run the app, save your progress, detect your recurring mistakes, personalize drills, and unlock your purchase. We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers we use
Clerk (authentication), PayPal (payments), Neon (database hosting), Vercel and Railway (app hosting), Sentry (error monitoring), and Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics, only with your consent). Each processes data only to provide its part of the service.
Cookies
We use the cookies required for you to stay signed in (set by Clerk) and to complete payment (set by PayPal). We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure whether our ads work, and Microsoft Clarity to record anonymized usage sessions and heatmaps so we can improve the app, but only if you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. Clarity masks text you type by default. If you decline, no advertising or usage tracking is loaded and the app works exactly the same. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which shows the banner again.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your training data from our database. To request deletion, use the account controls or email support@pokerlogiclab.com.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@pokerlogiclab.com.
